*All orders are shipped first class 3-5 days through US postal Service. 
*Orders are made in the order they were received.
*some items are made to order those will take a little longer.
*You will receive an email with your invoice and tracking information.

*Larger quantiites also will take a few more days since all my pieces are made to order,unless otherwise stated.

*very important we ship to the pay pal address,so please we ask that you update your pay pal address when is applicable.

* customers outside the US are responsible if there are any taxes,customs fees.
*International orders postoffice does not provide a tracking number
*During holiday season deliveries do get delayed due to the high amount of packages.


Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied, I will accept returns and exchange, in this case the buyer will pay the return shipping.
For all items, I will issue a full refund (except shipping) after the item is return in the same condition.

**There is no refund on personalized items custom orders.those are final sales.
